I never got my order, what to do?

Please check you tracking code, which you should have received in an email. If you need more help you can contact us on hello@gildedbee.co.uk with your order number and any other relevant information and we will look into it for you. You can also call us on 01442 732735.

Can I add branding to my gift?

Yes, absolutely. We offer branding. Please note minimum orders of 20 units normally apply. Please email us with more information on what you are looking to have branded and we prove a quote. Single sided A6 branded gift cards can be added for no extra cost to any order. Please email PDF artwork to emily@gildedbee.co.uk with your artwork.
