We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning corporate gifts purchased from us.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Conditions for Return:
- Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
- Customised or personalised gifts are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Customised or personalised items unless defective or damaged.
- Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
- Bulk orders or special orders may have different return conditions; please contact our customer service for details.
2. Return Process
2.1 Requesting a Return:
- Contact our Customer Service Team at hello@gildedbee.co.uk or 01442 732735 to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a description of the issue.
2.2 Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Please include the RAN with your return shipment to ensure proper processing.
2.3 Shipping Returns:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
- If the item is damaged we will either arrange a collection of the return through APC at your convenience and replacement or refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned item(s).
3.2 Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please notify us via email at hello@gildedbee.co.uk to request the exchange.
- Once your return is processed, we will assist you in arranging the exchange based on item availability.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1 Reporting Issues:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately, but no later than 7 days from receipt.
4.2 Resolution:
- We will provide a replacement item or issue a full refund for defective or damaged items at no additional cost to you.
