Something's been taking shape behind the scenes at Gilded Bee, and we've got news we're genuinely excited to share with you.
Gilded Bee is expanding
We've moved into a bigger warehouse, increased our fulfilment capabilities, brought personalisation fully in-house, and grown our team – all based in our new home in Pitstone in Buckinghamshire. It's the next step in our mission to be the UK's leading premium corporate gifting, fulfilment and personalisation studio.
It's been ten years in the making. Since that first bespoke Christmas bauble I made as a gift in 2016, what started as a small, hands-on operation has grown into a trusted gifting partner for some of the UK's best-known brands. Our new space gives us the room to hold more stock, run bigger production runs and manage complex, personalised orders in-house, without outsourcing the parts of the process that matter most.
For our partners and customers, that means faster turnaround, greater bulk capacity and more bespoke personalisation than ever before. "Growing this business has never been about doing more for the sake of it, it's about being able to delight more customers without losing focus on the care that got us here."
More capacity, same craft
Bringing personalisation in-house has been a big part of this expansion, and it's one of the pieces we're most excited about. Rather than relying on third parties for bespoke branding, engraving or finishing touches, our team now manages the entire process under one roof, which means tighter quality control, faster lead times and far more flexibility when it comes to bringing your ideas to life.
It also means we can scale up for larger corporate orders – hundreds or even thousands of gifts – without the process feeling any less considered than it would for a single, individually chosen piece.

Even as we scale, our commitment to people & planet remains at the heart of everything we do. We proudly support 1% for the Planet, work with Ecologi and the Hospice of St Francis, and source many of our gifts from small UK makers using sustainable materials. Growing bigger doesn't mean growing careless – if anything, this expansion gives us more room to do the right thing for our customers and our planet.
